Abstract—To use a variety of educational contents scattered in internet, this paper proposes concept of distributed e-learning management system. Based on functional role and system flow, this paper designs user interface framework for teacher, students and administrator. The prototype of distributed e-learning management system is also designed by REST (Representational State Transferred) ful web services.
