Abstract—The difficulties of accessibility still exist in air travel, although it has been available to most people today. This paper is aiming to construct an economical scheduling algorithm of the movement of wheelchairs and escorts throughout a day, and find the minimum budget of costs. After describing the general situation in Epsilon Company, this paper divided the costs into five parts. For each part, we established a cost model to estimate minimum cost. This paper determined the optimal position of pilling up wheel chairs via geometrical analysis. And we carried out realtime simulation the process of scheduling wheel chairs to find minimum number of wheel chairs and escorts.

Index Terms—scheduling model; disabilities transfer; economical model
